Durris Dance has a nod to a Scottish rhythm in the main theme in the fourth bar. It is best played at a relaxed, slow tempo but some pianists may want to play it quickly from time to time. If they do, they would be forgiven!
There are ten compositions in total in opus 7, collectively known as The Callum Collection. All ten will all appear on Musicaneo over the coming weeks.
